Lol went to bed late again last night! Thanh thought it was 11:30pm but it turned out to be 3am!!!
Luckily we received a phone call intended for someone else – acting as our ALARM system. We arrived in good time for the 2 hr CIRCLE LINE at 11:30am. Highlights included THE FINANCIAL DISTRICT, MANHATTAN SKYLINE, BROOKLYN BRIDGE, LADY LIBERTY and the cool NYPD set b4 they moved to the streets. Oohh the SOPRANO’S living quarters as well!
It was a yucky day tho. It rained soo much that my JEANS were WET. Kekeke good excuse to buy new ones – G STAR (which we did!). We walked for ages in the RAIN b4 we could catch a CAB to GUGGENHEIM. DADA was EXHIBITING her work there. Very architectural stuff. Highlights included MORE Jackson POLLOCK!
We took a $20 TAXI straight to LIL ITALY for DINNER and then walked around an OPEN, BUSTLING CHINATOWN. Ohhh had PEARL GREEN TEA here too! YUMYUM !!!
A $4 subway concluded our trip for the evening.
Tomorrow? More WALKIES – except its shopping, CENTRAL PARK, CARNEGIE HALL, and GRAND CENTRAL STATION. It will be another LLOOOOOONG day!
