HAPPY 2007 Everyone!!

Had another gathering at a friend's parents place. Chatted with a cool bunch of people, young and old.. older - soo adult like!
Sigh - im 28 now guys - another year older and people(hubby) expect me to be feminine, mature and responsible.... wat a year it's going to be, considering i have all this to think about. I seriously think i have only started LIVING!! ARRGHHH, why cant we be young FOREVER - or at an age we really really feel comfortable with?
I honestly still feel 25/26 - see? its a realistic age..
It's prolly cos all the last few years have gone by soo quickly, soo much has happened that i dont seem to recall my 25th and 26th year... - Has this happened to anyone?

New year's resolution? LOL - like every other AMERICAN (joke)to be fit and gain muscles and LOSE a bit of WEIGHT!! ooo travel a bit more and teach a bit more so i can EARN a lil bit more - not greedy at all - REALITY.

Last year's earning tax = $58 - whoohoo.
I do not know whether you can claim anything associated with work etc.. but will see a tax consultant when i get my paperwork from the BOSS. More on that later when i actually see a tax man.

My sisters will all join me in the USA in JULY for about 3 weeks - whoo hoo. Soo excited!!

Charles and I have started cooking.
Here is a chicken recipe that my sister TWIN gave us - it's really really yummy!!
2kg chicken wings
2 finely chopped onions
1/2 a bulb of finely chopped garlic
cover chicken wings with oyster sauce
cut 1 raw chilli in
pour a round of chilli flakes and chilli powder
Mix all the above together and let it marinate for 30min.

Bake the chicken wings in the oven for about 20-25 min each side - 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Cook some rice.
And BON APPETITE :)

Be good AUSSIE people - be safe and have a wonderful holiday (teachers and students)
