The weather is CHILLY! But, not FREEZING - thank GOODNESS! My cousin Chi Chi, met us at the airport - so brought along with her two jackets KAKA thot we'd not prepare for the weather (we were actually prepared for SNOW - but awww... no snowfall .. as yet..)
keke totally crashed out onto the bed by 7pm.. could not keep our eyes opened! Had brunch (viet restuarant) and then made spring rolls and vermicelli for dinner.
had a quick shower and SNOOZE time.... keke chi chi wanted to take us shopping, but unfortunately we were WAAAY to tired.
oooh - my cousin is SUCH a LOUIS Vuitton FAN! She owns sooo many - but she likes the classic collection (brown ones) but i have influenced TRANG to fall in love with the new BLUE collection... but sigh... we can only admire it from afar.. WAY too rich for our pockets - is cool tho.
We have shopped in WEST FARM MALL - its HUGE - like a WESTFIELD! My cousin and i are soo alike - we visit all the jewellery store and just admire the sparklies* and look at designs.... we go to LV stores and Tiffany and just *try their stuff! LOL soo cool!
Ooohh had banh mi (vietnamese bread rolls) soo yummy - similar to home, but AUS does it BEST!
Thanksgiving was good - they have a turkey roasting machine and they roasted their turkey for about 1 1/2 hrs - it was asianised abit - but they had the beans and corns and mash potatoes. All whole fmaily sat around the table and ate... kekeke i demanded the kids (my nephews and neice) tell me the story about THANKSGIVING - how it all started etc...
LOL they such good kids.
