Long weekend

Ahh, a wonderful sunday with the family and friends.
A last minute organised impromptu lunch, YUM CHA, at HONG KONG SAIGON SEAFOOD RESTAURANT on Lawrence Expressway. A group of 9 met and arrived by 11:30am, where we waited for a bit before we were lead to our table and several carts came swooping by, grabbing our attention. A terrific lunch, where we quickly devoured our food, and waited a bit before we asked for seconds.
Final bill: $117 for 9... and yes, this included 6 mango pudding!

Our little family then followed Brian to Shoreline to watch him burn the food off. Chantelle toddled around, pushing the pram, all the while wearing her HAT (which i purchased the day before at the GAP outlet in Gilroy)
Charles was feeling lethargic, so we headed home where he took a good 2hr nap whilst i indulged in my chinese movies. (spent $200 on viet DVD's!)

Lol, I made Charles cook his favourite dish. He whinged and tried to "persuade" me to do it for him, but im a meanie, and stood my ground. I gave him instructions and he followed it wonderfully. An easy yummy meal was made.
We finished the evening off with a movie I now pronounce you chuck&larry. It was hilarious for me to watch Charles cringe!!

It's the labour day long weekend.... but charles has already mentioned that he would be working on Monday as usual. yeah, a WORKAHOLIC!
