The gang and i are having a great time! there is an absolute bUZZ to this place! Mum says, there are definitely HUGE changes in the last 10 years... GOOOOOOO VEGAS!!!

Gambling wins? hehee, here's my STORY!
On Thursday when Bell and Salem were on their whole DAY, cANYON ride (hehehe - pics in next blog) mum and i relaxed and hit the tables :)
mum wanted to play roulette, so i let her.
we studied them for a while and asked questions (i didnt know how to play - or what they pay).
It looked easy enough...
We changed a $50.
mum played on the roulette and lost $20, i lost the other $10 on the table, feeling grr about losing $30 soooo easily, i headed to the blackjack table. To make a long story short, i lost the last $20 that HOUR!
hahaha
Well, feeling sorry for myself, mum and i decided to hit the strip and go SHOPPING to cheer us UP!
Caught the shuttle to the TROPICANA hotel and walked along the strip and took snaps snaps of VEGAS by DAY. Quite a contrast from Day to Night, (remember my previous visit to Vegas with thanh?)
To make another long story short, we spent 4 hrs out and about in Vegas, on foot. Ducked into Bellagio and Caeser's Palace and the LOUiS vuITTON store - made a HAPPY purchase and quickly left, before i put more damage on Charles's card :P
Friday: last full day in Vegas...
Wanting to play and "try" to win my $50 back.... i hit the tables again.
This time i went with Salem.
We attacked separate tables, and lo and behold, he won $50 in 30min! WILD!
i started out with only $20, but after an hr, i lost that :(
so i changed tables and pulled out another $20!
In another hr or so, i eventually had in my hand $40 = broke even for the day (phew)
took a bathroom break - and determined to win my $50 back, i hit the tables again!
i used the 40 and pretty quickly (within 30min, i won my $50 back!!
YAY!!!
SOOOOO happy!
i gave mum 20 to play, she lost that... hahaha
so i continued to play, and tried to win *that* back - hehe
only won 10 back so far...
Mum came and wanted LunCH - so we both hit the CAFE for food.... hehehe
overall, im down 10 - but hey - c'est la ViE - people!

CELINE DION was AMAZING!! She sang non-stop for 1 1/2 hr and changed into 5 outfits!
It went by soooo quick!

Mum's first concert, and she ABSOLUTely LOVeD it!!
it's celine's FINAL YEAR... she has 100 shows left!
She has been at CAesER'S for 4 years now. The whole production was amazing. It was like a musical, each song had a theme with spectacular props and visual images. From flying Bride, piano movers, stage lift-outs, wireless rock instruments/ musicians and well timed dancers! The whole production was BRILLIANT!
i cant say how FANTASTIC it was - it was just BREATHTAKING! YOU HAVE to all SeE it if you go to vEGAS this yeAR!!!
