YAY! we have ARRIVED!!

LMAO soo very cool here. The best place to FLY to!!
Was not happy with the DRIVE, but the CITY is SOOO alive!!
It took about 5hrs to get here – we stopped over in BARSTOW (2hr 30min from LA) to the shopping outlet there, but was pretty disappointed.
Not as cheap as we expected so we pretty much didn’t buy anything! SOOoo sad ☹ .
Along with the LOOOONNGG drive, the SUN was HEATING up! I swear I now have DRIVERS arm TAN! Plus my arms are sooo sore from gripping the steering wheels soo tightly. Was pretty worried about DRIVING to LA and VEGAS in the HEAT but we have safely arrived… after thinking VEGAS was just “oover that mountain… between those two mounds…that’s it! I see it! And find out its just the NEVADA line …grrrrr GRRRRR” get the picture??”

Our stay at the RESIDENCE INN MARRIOTT… 3 STAR only but the room is sooo LUSH! They gave us a SUITE! Soooooo SUITE! Will upload all pics when im back in MOUNTAIIN VIEW… large data cannot be sent over free WiFi… dunno why, just glad I have FULL free wifi reception :O

We live off FLAMINGO DRIVE, perpendicular to THE STRIP (Las Vegas Boulevard) and about 1mile from CAESARS palace and the BELLAGIO.
I did NOT gamble my money away… just looked and preferred to spend money on my NEW PRADA WALLET! YES! I have a PRADA wallet! YAY TINI!!
I love the lights, the music, the BUZZ on the STRIP and inside the CASINO! It is the BEST FEELING!! Soo much better than NYC or Los Angeles...some people might beg to differ but that’s my point of view!
Oooh, love the FREE parking inside the CASINO!! Beats walking any day!
Well, we old folkies retired early… 11pm… we have a LONG drive back.. but heading to VENICE, opp SANTA MONICA. Thanh wanted to live by the waters…. ☺ anything for my FRIENDS!
